Haitham bin Mohamed
bin Abdullah Al-Barghash

A writer, lawyer, and legal and Sharia consultant licensed by the Ministry of Justice (607/42). He practiced various legal fields during his tenure in the government sector, and after resigning, he worked at his father’s company and others.

After obtaining his law license, he founded Haitham Al-Barghash Law Firm. He specializes in legal writing and drafting, criminal cases, cases before the Board of Grievances, and civil and rights cases before the General Court.

He has also handled various cases, including personal status cases, legal procedures, and company formation. He completed the Attorney Preparation Program by the Ministry of Justice – Judicial Training for three years and holds the Sharia Consultant Fellowship in Islamic Finance and Dispute Resolution.
