Haytham ibn Mohammad ibn Abdullah AL-Bargh'ash

He is a lawyer and a legal counsel. He takes his license from the Ministry of Justice in the number 607/42 He is a member of the Saudi Bar Association .
He had a high-quality practical and academic study in the Saudi Judicial Training Center in the lawyers training program under the guidance of a group of senior professors of law, judges, and lawyers with an excellent degree in the Higher Diploma. In his practicum stage .

he claims in front of a number of appellate judges as well as his attendance in a number of court hearings for studying and applying. In addition to that, he studied the Saudi legal system in multiple areas with an analytical and holistic approach. By this studying, he empathizes in a comparative between Saudi and international law. He studied AL FIQH AL-MALIKI - (Imam Malik Jurisprudence) in its Saudi school in AL-Ahsa’a as a foundation for the Western low system, which Napoleon takes as a base of the French Law . Mr. AL-Barghash submits many legal books and researches in very interesting issues such as Many investments :

  • cases papers in front of the decisiveness committee in the securities dispute .
  • Profits and rules in the companies cases . 

Also, he writes and analyzes in the profits and rules a group of management judgments and principles. And he writes and analyzes about reflections in the records book for the lawyer Abdullah ibn Turkey AL-Hmody .

He participate in a society legal education throw social media like Youtube, Twitter, and Snapchat from 2019 until now. He writes and published many legal assays there . 

Haitham practices legal work at courts and justice authorities during his studying period He attends many judicial hearings, adjust-ices it, administrative it, records it, organizes it and receives the audience of it. On the other hand, Haitham manages the judges’ affairs at the office of the president of the court, runs executive records, cooperated with the rights provisions commissioners, and accompanying the representative of the legal ruling to evict the properties, to attend auctions, applying judicial decisions, or executive imprisonment . 

He interests in the FIQH (Jurespondence) of the legalization and its reflection upon the sober legal industry. In addition to that, he is excellent at predicting the Saudi and International rules by tracking the legal records and analyzing them .  

Haitham AL-Barghash is a writer, a novelist, and an author. He writes and publishes many texts, essays, novels, and books, which enhanced his writing in legal records, briefs, and contracts. The importance of writing lies in the fact that the legal arguments are conducted in writing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . 

The scientifical and practical method in The Judicial Training Center : The Judicial Training Center was established with Cabinet Decision number 162 at 1435/04/24 H. It is the most important center in legal qualification in Saudi Arabia . This center's tasks start from training the judges, lawyers, notaries, justice Ministry employees, into Board of Grievances employees too. It depends on the scientific methods in a way that serves the legal specializations and needs in this country . The training center contributes in elevates the legal practices in Saudi Arabia . It is also graduating a highly qualified lawyer by deciding strong teaching, studying and practicing process with a very serious examination stander to achieve the Lawyer’s License certificate .
